thats easy... we'd all say no.
Now raise the stakes to like $10,000,000 and see what answers you get.

Spidey would "Pimp" Batman..
Sure, Batman is smart, and quick- and strong- but, Spidey has "Spider sense" webbing that's stronger than steel, far faster reflexes, and has the proportional strength of a spider (If a spider was the size of a human). Basically- he can lift many times his own weight. Batman would get more rights to the jaw in the first minute of fighting Spidey, than he's taken over the course of his career.
Batman beat Superman- but, if I could find some Kryptonite, I could too.
Superman didn't "Beat" Hulk, but he did defeat him (By dropping a mountain on him) in that book you speak of. All he had to do to claim "victory" was to render Hulk motionless for a few seconds (Or a minute). What I tripped on was when Superman dropped Juqgernaut with one punch. (Juggy's my favorite bad guy).

Ok, Batman did beat Cap America. It's fact. Doesn't Cap America have some kind of non-human powers too, or is it just his special spinning disc thing... Anyway. I recall one comic where Spidey was scared of Cap America... (And Batman kicked his but) So I will admit that Batman vs. Spidey one on one with no tools, locked in a room... Spidey would win. But sent Spidey over to Gotham and ask him to "take down Batman" and he wouldn't be able too. Batman would devise some sort of chemical, or aparatus that would overcome the webbing etc... Done deal.
I know Batman beat Cap, but that was lame, Batman is good but Captain America is the better fighter. Batman may be better at several other things, but straight up Captain America should win that one. Cap has no super powers but the supersoldier serum makes him as strong, fast, tough, etc... as you can be without being superhuman. he is as well trained as Batman in HtoH combat so I say Cap would win based on his superior physical attributes. The spinning disc is just a shield that he throws.
