Tie Rod end article (good reading)

Mine were replaced by the dealer just before warrenty ran out in June.

Next time the repair will be paid by me (unless Ford has a change of heart)

..........................Stillmack told the Automobile Protection Association that he couldn’t control the steering wheel of his truck when his tie rod end separated. Other drivers have told of similar experiences.....................YA THINK. :santa:

So there's no issue...
But Ford can't talk about the tie rods because they don't comment on pending litigation...

If there's litigation, then there's an issue.

I changed mine a while back, and after 140,000 miles, my tie rod end was shot, but not seperated. My driver's side is still good, though, and it is rolling over 150k.
