Dddrrreeewww....

Did you see that cowpoke game yesterday????...Man Parcells laid a big Tuna with the fans there, pulling Drew Henson, just to get a win....We,re so far out of a chance to make the playoffs he should of left him in there to make the boy get some experiance. Yeah he was a little shakey out there, but remember Troy Aikman on his first start. Your not gonna get there with out the play time. Let the old man rest (Vinny) and give the kid a chance. There's a rumor around that Parcells will opt out of his contract next year and not return. That may be a good thing there.

The Cowboys/Bears game was a decent game, The Jones brothers started against each other for the first time in the NFL. I graduated with Thomas from Powell Valley High School, the running back for the Bears, and his little brother Julis, the running back for the Cowboys, was a freshman when we graduated. I remember teaching that kid routes and angles in peanut football when he was like 5! We're all proud of both of them here in their hometown, and hope to see them both soon. Parcells has made some great decisions as a head coach in the NFL, and I know it sounds stupid, but he's not into winning games at the moment, he's into building dynasties and making coaching decisions that will be good for the team in the future. I agree that Testaverde should have stayed out, and I don't know why he did, but who am I to argue with Bill Parcells?
