No problems with mine...I have two, one of them I access through messenger the other through hotmail.com

And mine was also upgraded to 250MB as well.

I would say give it a day or two, I've had many times when I had trouble with the site and it cleared up within the next few days.

Ditto...

It is still seemingly freezing up. If I leave the window alone for a while and come back to it... it seems to have 'thawed'.

I access my hotmail through IM also and haven't had any problems with it. Maybe their reorganizing has caused some issues for some users. They did just increase our storage limit to 250MB, also the limit on the size of e-mails you are allowed to send and receive was increased from 1MB to 10MB.

I too access it through MSN IM, and for the first time in ages, I got this message tonight when I tried to enter my hotmail account:

Thanks to their policy, I no longer have a hotmail account. If you don't log in for 30 days, they will close the account and you lose any emails that you have. But before it was closed, I still had problems with it and that was months ago.
