Yes, it's Saturday night, and yes, I'm taking pictures of my furniture, and posting them on the internet, and no, I don't have a life...

So, anyway, just thought this looked pretty cool... Had a fastener/hose/wire vender stop by the shop the other day, and while we were discussing all things relative to work... he mentioned some old spools he was taking back to the dumpster... I, being the packrat that I am, thought TABLE!!!

So, just thought maybe some of you bachelors out there might like a peak at my cool new table. Somewhere along the way I moved into a rental that had a round glass table top stuck in a closet, and well yeah I still had it with me... so...

 

HELL.....YES!!!!....sweet table, i wish i had it in my room, hell the table in my room i got for 10 bucks at an antique store. It's from the 1940's and it cant support the weight of 2 drunk guys dancing on it while many more were trying to get on it.
I need to get a spool for a table, i had lots of opportunities this past summer to get one from the electric dept. but didnt......

 

Awesome table! With a glass top no less. You know you're moving up in the world when you have a spool that is painted and has a glass top!! Last one I saw was being used to store knives...he stuck his knives in the top of the spool to keep them handy!!

I'm sorry you're so bored that you're home posting pictures of your furniture on a Saturday night...how sad
