Halo 2 came out yesterday - I barley got to play it last night, but so far I like the new weapons.

I've manged to get my daughter (20 months) to start saying "Halo" and "Master Chief"

Anybody else got a chance to Halo 2, yet?

Uh, yeah - about 15 min last night after we put my daughter to bed and my wife was feeding our son...

I'm playing IT guy today trying to get a couple of color printers to work right - although I have been out a lot lately at a CERCLIS sight split sampling w/ another consultant who is overseeing the excavation of a couple stream beds where PCBs were dumped for years.

 

Ahh... good ole TOSCA waste.


Happy Halo'ing. I fell out of the gaming world back when Rouge Spear started falling off the maps... I loved that game.

Gonna make some pit-stops at lunch and after work to try to get a copy... it was temping to head out @ 12am Tues... but I was sleepy..

 

I don't really do much gaming or get to play the Xbox much. It doubles as our DVD player, which my daughter gets the most use of - she loves the Toy Story movies. Halo is probably my all time favorite game and I had to get the sequel.

LOL - I'm not into it that much. I picked it up on the way back to the office from the job site.

I havent even played HALO yet, but will and will play 2.........I got my XBOX about a month ago (FREE), but dont have any games yet. My finance manager (aka wife) keeps telling me Christmas is coming. DAMMIT...I am also wanting to play Fable

The only reason I have it, is because it was given to me for free.

I got a GameCube for my B-Day. It came with Metroid Prime. Pretty nice system (so far).

The only draw back to the XBOX is that crappy POS controller

 

been tryin to find time to download a copy, dusted off the original Halo from my hard drive to get reacquainted with the controls.

 

Get an adapter. I still us my PS1 controller quite a bit on my Xbox...

I haven't played Halo2 yet, but will be looking for it... I love Halo!

 

YOU HAVE TO BE CHITTING ME.........they make an adapter so I can use my PS controller on the XBOX?

See jamz, you should have got it when the first came out with the huge manly controller. I despise the new x-box controllers that were designed for little girls, as well as the itsy-bitsy PS2 controllers. I'm a giant and I demand giant things.

 

Yeah, I can see your point. I would have to train my hands all over again to learn a controller to a new console. By doing that, I'd have to "re-learn" the PS2 controllers once I got used to the XBOX controller.

I could just be like closer and get an adapter to use the BEST CONTROLLER on the planet for all my consoles.

The GameCube controller is alright, but wouldn't be for you, cause your so big and bulky. Thats gotta suck.

 

Well, I hope you don't get x-box live since plugging in that Sony device into your x-box will send an alert to Microsquish, then the storm troopers will bust a cap in 'yo ****. All HAIL BILL!!

It's funny, I despise M$ just have much as Apple, yet I find one of their products irristable... iPod and X-box... ahhh...
