New M5

Have you guys seen articles on this thing???? It's ECU is as powerful as F1's (most powerful in any road car ever). It has the V10 engine derived from F1. It tunes each cylinder independently at all times and RPM's to compensate for vibration, loads, etc. Cool chit man, cool chit.

I'd like to see a vendor be able to chip that sucker.....

only person that would attempt to put a flash on that thing, i say flash because chips are crude and dated, better be a millionare, because i know if that engine goes, or if the ecu is fried it is not gonna be cheap to replace.

oh and you can forget about modability. nice car, but as technology replaces more and more simple things in cars, it starts making them a p.i.t.a. to work on.

Exactly.

Sometimes, a car is perfect from the factory. Would you "mod" a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti?

I'd put whistle tip on um!

There are some cars that don't need to be modified. I just passed a Mercedes on the 405 that was slammed and had a loud exhaust. Who does that to a C320? Stupidity reigns supreme here in the 'OC'.

Yes! If a car is naturally aspirated, it would get boost. If it has a blower, I'd install a larger one...same for the turbo.

Some people out there have heavily modded current generation M5s... People will mod the new M5.
