Pony car owners

Just as a question. How many owners/prior owners of the "stang" do we have here on the board.

I myself had to sell the "stang", so I went with a 04 F-150 Heritage. I had a 00 Mustang GT 5 speed.

I love the blue oval

Ford rocks! I had an 01 Mustang Bullitt that I sadly had to trade on the FX4. But I will own another Bullitt someday. And hopefully some other fine stangs!

I am currently looking to get a 68 Fastback as a project "go fast" car. Wish I could get an 05 too! To tell you the truth, I am more of a stang owner than a truck owner. My love and passion is stangs, but trucks are my necessity. Dont get me wrong, I love trucks! Had 3 Fords. It just doesnt "hit" me in the smae spot as a stang. Maybe once I lift it...

Along with my 94 XLT I have a 98 Cobra... I am waiting for the 07 Cobra to trade in on with my 98.

I had an 80 stang in high school. Great car. It was named the "Undentable Mustang" for good reason. Ran great until I blew the engine (the car was in sorry shape when I got it in 93, but I kept it running for 4 years).

I have a '67 fastback waiting in my parent's garage. It's a midnight blue, 4 speed 289 with motor and suspension mods, Magnum 500 wheels. My dad bought it in '68.

Someday I will have the time and money to return it to its former glory, perhaps when my 18 month old son gets a little older.

I had a 92 for 6 years back in the younger days. LOVED it... Still miss it a lot. The new ones are too damn small. I got my eye on the 06 and 07 cobra. Also rumors of another Shelby GT.

Im hoping I can have my truck pretty much paid off by then so I can keep the truck and buy the new Cobra. I just hope I dont cave in and trade the truck for the Cobra...Im good for that. When I picked up my truck at the dealership, they asked if they should go ahead and order a mustang for me since they were sure I would be trading soon

'65 drop top, 6 cylinder (200 cid) red with white top and interior... sold it for a '68 coupe, red w/ black interior... 289 cid, 4 bbl, 4 speed top loader- 9 inch rear. spent 3K restoring her, and was hit by a snow plow driver, that fell asleep and drove through my garage door. The insurance company only gave me blue book value ($800), as I hadn't had it appraised yet, prior to putting her on the road.

Now that the new '05 is out, I'm gittin in line...
