Truck or Mustang?

I'd really like an F-250, but the new Stang is growing on me. I have an 86 F-150 4x4, so it's not like I'll be completely truckless. Which do you guys think I should get, a diesel or a Stang?

Tuff choice! I went from an 01 Bullitt to an 04 F150. Wish I could have had both. But the stang just wasnt practical for me. It really depends on what you need it for. If you have to haul stuff, tow or carry people, you might want to go with the diesel. If you want a fun car for yourself that you can tool around in and go places, then I would say the stang. If you just want a vehicle for the sake of having, I would again say the stang.

p.s. PICS please!

That'd be nice! Cost a pretty penny too! I think I need to start working more! I already am working days and nights!

You already have a truck, so buy the Mustang. You could always throw a few more bucks at your '96.

I say get the truck then stick some performance mods on it. Some of those deisels put out a TON of power when setup correctly.

Now, it's still not gonna corner like a stang, but hey.

Unless you NEED a truck (And I mean, come on- how many of us truck owners really NEED the truck)- I'd go with the Mustang.

I may trade in the SuperCrew on the new Mustang GT. Either that, or I'll hold out until they drop the Cobra variant. By then, the SC will be darn-near paid for; then I could have both!

I'm a mustang fan... but i do love my truck. . I'm still young so insurance was a major deciding factor for a truck. Was looking at $306 a month for insurance on a 04 mustang... too much car and all that gibba-jabba they said.

Go for the mustang.. ZOOM ZOOM...

That is a tough choice. I really love my truck and it would be hard to give it up but the gas mileage with the 'Stang would be a big attraction. Do you really "need" your truck? But then like you said you do have another one so thats not even really a factor. Hmmm...I really think I'd still have to say...truck...I kinda like being head and shoulders above the croud!!

I don't ever remember these two words going together with the v8 stangs? They get about the same gas mileage as or trucks, just have a lot more speed when you tromp on the gas (usually).
