Dealers in Pittsburgh/Western PA
Dealers in Pittsburgh/Western PA
Hey y'all,
I know a few of you are from around Pittsburgh... and I just moved here...and oh man do the roads here suck. At least driving is much more interesting then Florida.
Well, I'm looking for a decent Ford dealer (yes, i know thats an oxymoron) with a good shop. I need to get a few warranty things taken care of, and I'd love to avoid the shaft if at all possible.
I'm willing to drive a bit for good service.
Thanks for your help
Justin

I bought my truck at McCrackin Ford, just outsde of Pittsburgh in Ross Twp. on McKnight Rd., easy to find. When I bought it, they were good to deal with.
HOWEVER...having warranty work done there was a nightmare, and I sure as hell would never go back there to buy or have work done on my truck again.
So, my recomendation, will cost you a few extra miles....but go to SHULTS Ford, located on Route 19 in McCandless/Wexford area. This dealer is probably only 10-15 minutes further up the same road, but in my opinion is worth the extra drive. I have not taken my own truck there, as it has been running perfectly lately. But, we have taken our Expy and Crown Vic. from work there and the service people were polite and very friendly and helpful. To my knowledge, the work was done correctly and quickly the first time. I hope this helps. If you do decide to go to McCrackin Id be interested on hearing how it goes.
Best of Luck.
So, how about this weather? Snow is comin'!

Shults Ford... I'll give them a call sometime this week. I think I've driven by the one on McKnight.
BTW...whats up with car dealers not being open on Sunday?
Its been beautiful... but too cold for me. I've been managing okay lately. 50-60 doesnt seem that cold anymore, but god damn the past few mornings have been killer!
Snow huh? As I used to say in Miami....coņo de pinga...
Just gotta suck it up!
Thanks for the help
