Did anybody see that video that was just released out of Montana that invovled {sp} a high speed chase and a shootout. It happened last June in 2003 with the suspect shooting seven people and killing one. He led the deputies in a 100 mph chase and then slamed on his brakes, baled out of his car and started shooting at police deputies and then getting back in his car and countiuned with another high speed chase. Police officers finally layed out some spike strips, blew his car tires out and then ramed into the driver side of the suspects car!
I tried to post the video but I couldn't get it to work. I saw it on Yahoo.com early Saturday morning.

I saw that.
The perp was sideways across the road firing at the cop car who just floored it and rammed him. He just drove straight into the bullets to finish him. I'm not sure if that was brave or stupid but the dash cam captured it perfectly.

And to think that I spent the better portion of September in Montana...

Interesting. I bet those cops hadn't seen much more than a couple of cattle robberies and maybe a little poaching on private lands prior to that incident.
