I just wanted to give you guys a heads up i am a new member but i work for a major isp and i can say this one of the biggest resones you will get spam mail is from posting you email address online (example) bs@bs.billybob.ggg that is easy pry for a web bot its a little criter if you not sure that goes online and stells email address from forams and other place that people post such as guest logs on web sites it looks for i belive the @symbole in the email i not saying you can post you email but a better way is two post it like this bs@(remove me)bs.billybob.ggg now when a web bots pics that up its not going to be your address and chances are its no one address at all so its making you life a little easyer something else to keep in mind is that must of these little web bots talk to a computer so a human never see the address and can not remove the (remove me) from the address hope that helps some of you stay a little more spam free
