Drinking and driving with kids in the vehicle?

http://entertainment.msn.com/tv/arti...px?news=168043

She was such a good mom on tv. She had her husband, her 7 year old son, her 5 years old son and her 4 month old son in the suv driving drunk and flipped it over couple of times.

Tracy Gold is now going to be known as the Alcholic Anorexic!

Oh well, every day thousands and thousands of kids are put at risk due to their pea-brained parents. This got press 'cuz she's famous. Big deal. Now the hippies are gonna have some huge 'Save the Children' champaign. Uhg... I can hardly wait for the media onslaught...

Probably 75% of the US adult population have driving their children while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, it’s just an unpleasant fact.

I don't, and I would kick somebody's butt if I saw them getting to drive with kids in the car. I can tell someone no and that I am going to walk or drive myself, but my daughter doesn't have a choice in who she rides with, so I always make sure she's safe, because she's not old enough to make sure for herself.

My bet would be on her to sue the alcohol companies because she got drunk.

And don't forget the maker of that portable storage device (beer can). May as well sue them as well. After all, if it wasn't available in a portable container, it would never have happened, right?

She should sue guy that discovered coal. because eventually it was figured out that coal could be used to make electricity. The elctric company then supplies the power to the gas station, which provides an air compressor, which inflated the tires, makeing the car drivable... if she had flat tires she couldn't drive....

no coal = no inflated tires....

I'm sure that eventually she'll sue the gun manufacturers or the tabacco companies...seems like one of them is to blame for everyone who dies.

True. Oh and don't forget about the place that served her.
