This insurance monitoring device is scarry. I for one don't want them to know how I'm driving...that's my business and not theirs. Isn't having no tickets or claims enough? It's a big-brother program, and I want no part of it. I bet this system will be widely used on company cars to track employees' driving habits.
Take the concept a step further..to the health insurance industry. "If you wear this braclet so that we can monitor your physical and sexual activities, as well as your eating habits...we might lower your rates...if you've been a good boy."
Trouble is, I can see it happening...especially if the Government gets more involved with health insurance. "Sorry MROLDV8..you didn't eat your lima beans last thursday, plus you should have had a 12 grain bun with that soy burger. We're gonna dock you for the month."
It's right around the corner...I know it.
