Hard to tell, but he might have out it on as a joke. Saw a Civic with one the other day, NOT a riced out Civic mind you but an old beater Civic.

 

Looks like he's got Masonic badges on his rear window and one on his tailgate too. I'll bet he's really ank Elk though.

 

I saw a sticker on a Chevy truck the other day that said, "Who cares if you've got a Hemi. The question is, do you have a working transmission?" It looked kind of home made but well done. I laughed for a moment when I saw it.
