Interesting Vids, be careful
Go to www.kimmershow.com Go to downloads and go to the second tier.
One hilarious one I have not seen before is the Cow thingie and there are others that are equally as funny.
Be very careful with the Iraq oriented bits as they are very real and very graphic and not pretty. You have been warned and remember this is a very public site (Kim Peterson is a local radio talk show host and is quite well known).
Some of the other vids have been kicking around the web for a while but are still funny.

I was surprised you didn't comment on the save the jewels or the British Marines Graduation Landing unless you had already seen them. BTW, the "Kimmer" introduced the Iraqi with RPG vid on his radio show by explaining that he was shooting at US forces and was covered by a Spanish/Latin film crew who happened to be in the area. The RPG guy was apparently taken out by US Marine snipers or so the story goes.
Interesting how the Inernet brings to us both comedy and tragedy in such a real time basis. At the age of 64, I still remember when we had no television and got our news (totally cleansed of this sort of both tragedy and humor) from the radio (no pics), the newspaper or the weekly news at the local movie theater.
Time does indeed March On.

Yeah, I saw the sniper one. I saw the graduation one too. They were all great. I didnt open the beheading one. I have to much respect for the family and children.
That is something that shouldnt be on there.

Nor did I for the same reasons you indicated.
The "Kimmer" is often a little bit over the top and is even more conservative than Burt if that is possible.

Yup and a Vietnam vet to boot.
I listen to him for about 15-20 minutes per day on the way home from the shop. He is a real neo-con and often goes over the top to the extent his staff has to shut him up. Sort of the "Shoot 'em all and let God sort it out" type of mentality.
Still he's funny and if it is possible, probably further to the right than even our beloved Burt.

That video 'iraqi gets lead' was pretty wild. Almost sounded like an M60 firing (and it WAS an automatic). Which gets me thinking...since there were tons of other morons milling around, watching this goof with the RPG, I'm thinking the shooter (that shot RPG boy) must have been pretty far away, or well hidden. Now that leads me to another thought...the shooter must have been a great shot...had lots of practice. His 2 bursts of rounds were right on target. Having been in the Army myself, I know how hard it is to control an M60 and get the rounds to go right where you want them without a few test rounds to see exactly where the rounds hit so you can adjust your fire.
All in all, pretty cool stuff...but too bad idiots in this world feel the need to do stupid crap that gets them killed. That moron should have been out working or home with his family. Instead, he props a RPG on his shoulder and the rest is history.

Good post, lariatf150.
I, myself, am an excellent shot with an M16 A2 service rifle. I can hit a target from up to 500 yards away...no problem. But then again, it has been 8 years since I've fired one. They say once you learn to ride a bike, you never forget how....I wonder if the same goes for marksmanship?
Didn't want us to get too fixated on this one vid, but what the heck.
A Marine is, by definition, a rifleman and a pretty good shot.
A Marine sniper is, by definition, one hell of a good shot.
Kimmer mentioned this vid once more and I got most of it. I gather from what I heard there were two snipers some distance away using M-16s.
My days in the Marine Corps predate the M-16 so I l never fired one but as a military history buff I know a teeny bit about them.
It is my understanding that sometime post VietNam the fully automatic feature was deleted and you can now fire, I believe, three round bursts or single shots. The actural time of firing in this vid is a tad less than three seconds so it is hard to count the number of shots but it is possible that two Marines got off two bursts apiece which is about how it sounds to me.
Oh yeah, what about that car alarm vid.
