Speaking of NINTENDO DAYS

Has anyone purchased one of those new "plug and play" games that comes with about 6
Classic Arcade Games.

All you do is plug in the audio/video jacks into the tv and select then play....no console needed.

I bought my wife one about a month ago, and they are pretty cool.

There are alot of different ones. Anyone else have one?

Nerd.

I've seen 'em on TV, but don't have one. Look like a cool & fast way to re-live the good 'ol days. Now, back to the x-box!!

Them's fightin' words!

PS2 - pffft! Other than having a huge game base it's inferior to the almighty X-box (from a nerds point-of-view).

I hate M$ just as much as the next guy, but they got ONE thing right - video games!

:grabs hit crotch while looking in Jamz direction:

Tuff, do you currently have a PS1? If so, then the obvious choice is a PS2, as you can play all your games on it. Also, take a look at the game librarys of each system.. what appeals to you? Does one system have some games you MUST have the other does not?

If you don't have a PS1 and don't require a 'must-have' game, then the x-box is the way to go my friend. It is one sweet piece of hardware.

Just kidding, jamz!

The original nintendo was my favorite console i ever owned. The new ones just don't come close. I'm sure I'm not the only one who spent many hours playing Mike Tyson punch out and Zelda...

As much as I hate to admit it....D Zerv It is right.

Both consoles are awesome, but the game selection is mainly whats important.

If your seriously looking to buy, I would look online at the game selection and see which console has the best game selection that fits your wants/needs.

Granted, you might end up buying em both, cause there are some games on one console thats not available on another...and that sux.

For example...I love the Zelda series, but I am not gonna buy a Game Cube just for Zelda. KNow what I mean?

Yes, I have one.

actually it's my GF's, but I play Dig-Dug on it... She bought it for someone for Christmas, but never gave it to them... Don't remember why now... I keep it in the bedroom for those times when I don't feel like playing the XBOX FROM MICROSOFT WHO'S LEADER IS BILL GATES.

I HAD to have Halo, so my PS1 games and console are just collecting dust... anybody want it? I might trade it for absolutely anything of interest... Got a few good games too...
