Anti Theft Devices

I am looking for a good anti theft device.
Does anyone have thoughts on the Brake locking devices, such as http://shop.store.yahoo.com/rodi/autolockpro.html

I would think these would be much better than the ones that lock the steering wheel since a steering wheel can be cut so easily...thanks.

I watched a 20/20 segment a few years ago and they were talking about this kind of stuff. They got a car and some "reformed" car theives to see if they could steal it and to see what they could beat and what they couldn't. They defeated everyone of them in almost no time except for a fuel cut-off switch. When they couldn't beat it in the amount of time that they would normally have allowed they told whoever the reporter was that they were done and would have long ago moved on to easier pickings. Since it was staged, they took some extra time to try to look for the fuel switch and still couldn't defeat it.
