slightly slighted

Every so often I have to do a search to get here.

The title on the search results and the title bar after I connect says"F-150 Online - Ford F150 Enthusiast Community For 1997 - 2004 F150 ...".

Now I happen to be a proud owner of an 87".

I understand that there is a special forum for us pre 97's here but that doesn't diminish the fact that this is the best site for info on my truck.

I nearly joined the ranks of the 97+ crowd. I was really looking hard at the 04' f150. It was a toss-up between that or some serious upgrades to the 87'.

As you might have guessed by the statement "nearly" that I decided on the latter. I just couldn't part with Ol' Dusty.

Actually I had a c***y to trade if I wanted. But then I'd have to divide my loyalty and devotion between my beloved trucks. I have none for the c***y so there's no competition for my attention.

So far it's been a lift kit, tires, wheels and some minor cosmetic improvements. Next will probably have to be gears and eventually something to replace my merely adequate 5.0L.
