Their words would seem like wisdom to me if it were not for the absolutely positivly POS rat fink that is the other choice (John Kerry for those of you slow on the uptake).

Just because Kerry may be a bad choice does not make Bush a good choice. This report doesn't mean a whole lot, you can find people anywhere that won't like one candidate or another.

” The group acknowledged it takes a partisan stand in opposing Bush."
One big group, lets see we have Retired Gen. Tony McPeak, Harrop, Charles Freeman, and Phyllis Oakley. So that’s a whopping 4 people. Let’s see some names of all these others LMAO…

It always amazes me when these liberals start talking about BIG groups of people and/or foreign leaders but yet produce none or a few dead beats or who have grudges to settle up…

President Bush doesn’t have much to worry about I am sure he will get a good 70% - 80% of the military vote. We shall see.

Kerry is a bad choice so that leaves President Bush someone that has PROVEN he will not let America take any crap from anyone like Clinton did. Kerry is like Clinton, or at least trying to be which is a big wuss when it comes to foreign affairs and bad guys kicking us around.

Kerry was the type of kid on the playground that when he saw a buddy of his getting the chit kicked out of him he just sat there and watched figuring no reason for him to get beat and once the bully is done beating his friend he will feel better…

Hell Kerry probably joined in and assisted in kicking the chit out of his friend for two reasons, one so he could “understand” the bully and two so he could “feel” the bully’s pain…

This was my reasoning back in 1/20/04 in this Forum and I think it still holds true...

Another thing is looks. Edwards is too 'good looking'. He looks too young and his hair is always combed and his shirt tail is never hanging out. Terrorists look at the appearance of our President and think we won't fight. This is very, very bad.

Kerry looks old and wise and looks like he's been around the track a few times (hell, he looks like he fell off the horse and got drug around the track a few times)

After examining all the issues i.e. (height and what you look like and stuff like that) I think I must support Kerry.

Extra height and not looking to good is important in jobs like President and Webmaster.

I don’t know Raoul, the height thing is kind of shot. Clinton is tall, over 6’ correct? Remember the terrorist were kicking us around for years…

I think the terrorist would take one look at Kerry and think:

Alright fellows it’s SHOWTIME!!!!

A statement from the group notes its more than two dozen members include Democrats and Republicans who have "served every president since Harry S. Truman."

So what? March out a couple of dozen, out of the loop has beens, some of whom are republicans, and that is supposed to be a statement of what? How many ex-military commanders support Bush policy? How many current military commanders, with actual on the ground experience in this conflict, support current policy? You don't see special write ups about groups formed in support of the President. That is a worthless story.

It's an election year, the Dems are on the ropes. The first news papers in this country were nothing more than political rags used to attack opposing political views. Media has only become more subtle and sophisticated over the centuries. Sometimes it's not even subtle and the sophisticated pretend not to notice.

Bush is not perfect, nor will he ever be accused of being the most inteligent man in the states. That being said, he is the lesser of 2 evils in this election. A vote for Kerry is a vote for higher taxes, even more intrusion into your personal lives, and the further reduction in readiness of our armed forces, at a time when we cannot afford to be less ready.

Amen to that! "I'm not for Bush I'm just against Kerry!" thats my slogan and I'm sticking to it. Dems dropped the ball on this one and they deserve to get bit in the **** by their choice of candidate.

We once elected an accomplished Republican actor for two terms in the Whitehouse. The Democrats have finally heeded the battle cry with their own famous face: Herman Munster.
