I crossed to the Dark Side
Hmmm.
I was up in Utah last week and had to rent a car at Salt Lake City.
My company had me down for an economobile which turned out to be a Dodge Neon. Gak!
The only alternative was to upgrade and all they had were Chevy Surburbans
What to do? Well I took the Suburban and it was actually very nice.
Fast, comfortable and way more economical than our shop 5.4 SuperCrew that I took to Louisiana the week before.
Anyhoo, here's a pic of my day out to Bonneville. I was going to Wendover to check out the H-D rally there and just had to stop by.
Top Tip - Where you see the sign "DO NOT DRIVE ON THE SALT BECAUSE THE MUD IS TOO SOFT" , they are telling the truth and you will take forever to get off even in 4WD low.
