Went to a local cruz nite, car show and burn out contest. About 70 cars for the cruz, not bad for a town of like a 1000 people. The burn contest had like 40 cars and a couple bikes. Here are some pics of yours truly. Didnt win as the competion was tough, but sure had fun trying.

Other than a few Mustangs and a 2000 Ford F350 diesel, I had one of the newest trucks. Glad I got that chip in.

 

This was during the cruz, check out this redneck S-10, had a styro foam wing and 3 different rims.



The # one the window meant he was in the burn contest. I was # 28.

Cool! A burnout contest man! That is totally rightous and kickass...

 

My 16 year old daughter was taking the burn pics, couldnt get a pic of the good cloud do to the skin head to the rite blocking her view.
The burn out was for about 40 secs. I made it all the way to over drive s I forgot to turn it off. I am smokin away and it drops to 18k rpms still smokin, so I bump off the overdrive.
Figure I burnt off close to a 1/8 inch of tread.
The burnout area was set up close to the down town area, (small
town) but did like 3 other good burns during the cruz. One was rite infront of a cop, he just pointed and says save it for the contest.
I have to resize all the pics but hope to have them in my gallery tonite.
Also the shot video from 2 positions, so have to buy one of them when they get it done.
Everyone have a good Sunday, I have to go rotate my tires again .
