I was looking for the same thing a few weeks ago. I came across fotki.com you can try them out. For free you only get 10mb I think. For me that was only like 25 pictures... So I upgraded to a premium account, with that it's unlimited. Check out My Gallery at Fotki.com. Good luck.

I use www.t35.net they have free hosting with .cgi, guestbook, and lots of other free tools and programs but if you want to upgrade to paid hosting later it's only $5...
From what I have heard through the grapevine t35 is one of the ones being sued by that guy that put a patent on subdomains. "claims he invented them" T35 is a one man band so to speak, so he can use all the financial help he can get to stop that idiot from charging every other web host for using subdoamins too. Support the little guys
