I was just wondering what our trucks resale values are like in other areas. Here is Dallas it is insane.

Here's a little sample from cars.com:
make: Ford, model: F150, price:$0-$10000, distance: 30mi, area code: 75115
1) $9995, '98, 85k mi, ext cab, 3 door, XL, auto v6
2) $9988, 2000, 95kmi, 4-dr ext cab, auto v6

I bought mine in august, with 96k miles, for 10.5 (sticker was actually 11.9, then we got to 10.9 for internet special, then 10.5 for door light stayin on). I felt mine was actually a really good deal. Was by far the best truck I had found.

Alot of the trucks Ive seen people buy on here, the resale value seems a bit lower. Like my truck in another area would have been $1000 cheaper or something.

 

The best way to determine used vehicle values is to use KBB, Edmunds, and Nadaguides. Just add www. and .com to any of the three. Want to know what the vaule is in a different area? Just use a diffrent zip code.
