2001 Ext Cab 4 X 2 5 Spd LOADED 37K miles - How much?

Hi guys.

A local dealer has the following which he is asking 13K for:

2001 F-150 Supercab V6 / 5 Spd 4 X 2 loaded pwr damn near everything with 37 K miles. Looks clean and sharp in the pics.

Assuming everything is OK with the truck is this is a good price? I assume I can get them down another 2 K or so. I did a Carfax on it and it is a 1 owner truck with no known problems -

It also has been sitting on their lot since middle February - do you think the combo of the V6 and the 5 spd may be to blame here? I actually prefer both of those things as I greatly prefer sticks and I really dont care how fast it goes as long as it has more power than my current ride which is a tiny little S-10 with a non vortec 4 cyl.

Sounds like a good deal? Any issues I need to know about? THANKS!

If you can get him Down 2 thousand ($11,000) like you said, I would say its a pretty good deal, thats what most things liek that around here go for.
