Thanks for the help everyone, but in all honesty, I forgot all about this thread, seems like so long ago.

The house I talked about in this thread fell through, when it came time for the home inspection, it didnt pass, so we walked away and bought another place, in the burbs.

The lot size of our new place is 73 wide by 110 deep, I cut it in an hour with a push mower.
