I'm sure he'll lose it all, and someone will feel sorry for him, and give him a million dollars to make a show about his life, and that will be another 30 minutes a week I won't get to see my GF...

Yep, he's not betting on winning any money, he's betting on losing it, and getting enough media attention to go on a bunch of talk shows, and eventually getting a tv show of his own.
You watch, a month after his Vegas fiasco, he will be living high on the hog living in beverly hills somewhere.

I figure thats about the only way he could actually lose. He gets that, and everyone will laugh at the dolt for throwing 1/2 his money away, and his 15 minutes of fame will be over.
