Git-r-done!

any of yall ever hear Larry The Cable Man? this dude is the funniest guy ive ever heard. for those of you that dont know who he is, he is a comedian kinda like steve harvey, but funnier. he does all the redneck jokes and stuff like that. the purpose for my title is that is kinda his slogan. its really popular among rednecks all over. i suggest yall listen to or watch some of his stuff. he has a couple CDs and is on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour DVD, along with other redneck comedians Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, and Bill Engvall. you gotta hear some of it. go to www.cdnow.com and search for Larry the Cable Guy under music and you can listen to samples of some of his stuff.

He used to be here in central florida. Would call in and give his "What the hell is this? Russia?" commentary every day, twice, both different. Man I used to listen to that guy all the time I wish he was still around my neck of the woods.

i just got the cd of his Lord, I Apologize. its hilarious. this stuff never gets old. i love his comments on the Pygmy people in New Guinea. he says he sponsored some kid named Bloopedybloop. you gotta hear the stuff comin from him to get the full impact. for some reason its gotta be in his voice to be as funny as it should. also i love "I dont care who ya are, thats funny"

Larry the Cable guy is from the Tampa Bay area, he was an actual caller on a morning radio show called the Ron and Ron show on 95ynf. He started calling in to Ron and Ron about 15 years ago. ONe of the Ron's owned a comedy club and booked him to start doing stand up. Before that he was actually a cable guy in Tampa. I've seen him several times locally before he went big time. He used to use a guitar in his shows and hold it the whole time but never play it, it was some kind of joke he had. Rumor is that he has battled stagefright his whole career, looks liked he handles it well now.

Talking

I saw Larry The Cable Guy and Jeff Foxworthy a few weeks ago at Palace Theatre in Cleveland. It was great, I was only 16 rows from stage. James ???? was also there from Comedy Central.

He is one funny SOB! He's on XM radio a pretty good bit, as well as the other three from the Blue Collar tour. Pretty funny stuff. Ever heard of R.D. Mercer (Roy Damn Mercer)? He is just about as funny. He does a lot of prank calls with a radio station. I think the DJ's are Phil and Brent. It's funny as well.

That's Roy D. Mercer by God! LOL! I used to have a cassette tape of his prank calls. That's the funniest thing I've heard in my entire life. Me and a friend of mine used to listen to that tape all the time. I like the prank call he does about the boots with the eagles on the sides, and Johns house of guns, and the one where he calls someone and accuses them of pissing on his daddy's or maybe it was his uncle's grave. I can't remember If any of you have heard this tape, you know what I'm talking about.
