the rant

this guy is great! About as non-partisan as it gets, too.

The whole website is pretty good.

Dont know about the non-partisan part. Looked it over pretty well and didnt see much of anything bashing the Democrats.
Also didnt see anything based on facts, just a ton of opinions or as so rightly named I guess, Rants as to things going on. Could use more fact base articals with possible solutions to the disagreements.

Just my rant on that site.. Sled...

Easy way to detect liberal/progressive web sites from others:

If a site offers some type of solution or idea on how to change something then it is NOT a liberal/progressive site…

If it whines about basically nothing and offers no coherent solution or idea then it IS a liberal/progressive site…

The site arrbilly posted is a very funny liberal/progressive site. Funny because it tries to pretend it’s not a liberal/progressive site but we KNOW it is because they seem to whine a lot and have little to NO coherent solution to what they perceive as problems…

Another important clue that it is a “undercover” liberal/progressive site is the fact that they LOVE & MISS Saddam, one of their super hero’s…

Sometimes I read 01XLT's posts just to see how long he can go before he uses the word liberal.

4th word in…

You know what is really funny? Someone who is a “liberal” usually always claims that they are “inclusive” which basically means they “supposedly” accept all views and beliefs, or more specifically “we should all be friends” or are often found in large groups singing ”We are family…”

Problem is as soon as you use that word “liberal” in a sentence/post and actually state your “own” view or belief they come out of the wood work to show just how “exclusive” they really are or in other words how they pretend to be “inclusive” until you don’t follow their rules and believe exactly what they believe…

There a rascally bunch and to type the word liberal in a sentence is equivalent to calling their mother a name of some sort…

”We are family, so long as you believe in me…

John Kerry won’t be any better. If he manages to replace Bush as the latest temporary resident of that subsidized housing on 1600 Penn, all we will have succeeded in doing is swapping one son-of-a-bitch for another. Neither could make it out in the real world. Bush needed daddy’s connections and buddies for a middling career in business. Kerry had to marry a rich widow to finance his dreams.
That’s the problem with our current American political system: No real choices. We have a choice of one devil or another. George W. Bush who cuts taxes, spends us into oblivion and lies to wage war or John F. Kerry who would raise taxes so he can also spend us into bankruptcy while he lies about votes, his returned medals and God knows what else.Neither candidate for President offers any real hope for this country. Bush abandoned the war on terror to charge into the Iraqi desert for reasons not even his most ardent supporters can continue to defend and Kerry changes his mind more often than a virgin in the back seat of a car at a drive-in movie.
Even worse, both of these sycophants are supported by a long cast of mindless morons who think party loyalty is more important than the security or our nation or love of country. They laughingly equate partisanship with patriotism, political philosophy with common sense and party dogma with concern for people.

hmmm...
seems pretty non-partisan to me.

He thinks both of them are pretty worthless and I tend to agree.

I did notice he said many times on this site that he thought both parties were worthless, but really flames the right. Still seems a bit lopsided to me, Must be a Nader lover which would make him even more of a nut. Also would explain why there are no viable solutions posted on there, because Nader and his greenies dont have any other than a socialist approach.

Sled...

99% of the people can find something wrong with evrything. 1% can come up with a possible solution of which only half will be workable.

This person seems to portray himself, by the condecending tone used in his writing, as very intellegent. If he is so smart then he needs to propose a solution for the problem he observes. To quote someone on here I've had more than one disagreement with "run for office!" Making people aware of a problem without coming up with some kind of solution is nothing more than whining. I find it particularly distasteful to whine as an adult.
