Need to sell a house! ?

Anybody know of any online realtors? Mom has been trying to sell a house (actually 2) for almost 2 years now. She's been through 2 realtors (actually 3 or 4 agents), and none of them seem to concerned with selling/showing. I know the area isn't a hot spot for realty (although the next town over is getting that way), but one place had it listed online, but refused to lower the price when she asked them to, and never updated the description that was way off...

So, help, please... anyone???

BTW, the houses are just outside Noel, MO (SW corner)...

Most realtors are online nowadays. I hate to sound cynical, but no one is gonna buy a house that's been on the market for 2 years unless priced very low. She should consider taking it off the market for a few months. I'm no realtor, but those are my thoughts.

I second that.

If you're looking at selling this house right away it might be tough. Anything on the market for more than 6 months has a tough time.

Well, actually it's been off the market for several months now. I'm not sure when her contract expired with the last realtor, but I do know it's been a few months...

You could do alright then. Personally we used a realtor when we sold our house. Fortuantely we knew the realtor. I wouldn't go back to the original one if they couldn't sell it before. I'm not a pro at selling houses by any strech of the imagination. What worked for me in my area might not work at all for you in your area.
