Possibly the master plan to connect all of the sites in TEN into one is finally coming to fruition? Of course it could just be down for maintenance?,,,,98

That'll probably get me banned, sigh.....Just a joke guys? :santa:

I was told via email (from somebody who talked to Duke on the phone) that they got some worm virus going around, then 10 minutes later got one (from the same person) saying that it was a hardware failure.

Said it should be back up in the morning.

I remember awhile back another truck site 'went down' unexpectedly and the reason, timeframe down etc.. was passed on through this site.

I don't know if 'The World' and this site have reached or will ever reach that stage of detente.

The upper hand would need to reach out first.

We have reached a point of detente, and perhaps what some would even describe as friendship between Chris and myself. He and I have been known to imbibe together at social functions and enjoy country music together. Somewhere out there, there is photographic evidence.

Incidentally, it's only a very small handful of childish morons with nothing better to do than to keep clinging to the past that are still somehow hung up on the events of a few years back.

I actually spent time in Las Vegas with Mumbly (one of the most vocal anti-Steve folks from the day) back in November and we got along pretty well.

I haven't heard from Chris, but that is not necessarily a surprise if he is working heads-down at the data-center. If someone has accurate information as to why they are down, please feel free to post it here.

Based on my geek perspective, it appears from doing a tracert to truckmoxie.com that the actual server itself is running, but the web server is not, which in general is a good sign.

I suspected as much and is why I have gone to FTW Virginia Chapter events with my Black-n-Yellow Online sticker in the back window and my head held high.

You and Mumbly?
(there is hope for the MiddleEast afterall)
