105+..in a school zone!!!!

Just saw the news where these 2 MANIACS are strret racing through a flashing school zone at over 105 and slam into another guy thats doing 20MPH in the school zone...he's barely hanging on and the one who hit him was driving a Sallen Mustang...the other racer was in a Monte Carlo...another 5 minutes and the sidewalks would of been full of kids

That's crazy. They need to be put to the maximum penaltie. Like attempted man slaughter or something.

If I were the one who had caught him doing a stunt like that, I would not have let him go. His car would have been impounded and he would be sitting in jail for at least 1 year minimum. And he would have some massive fines for this. Besides isn't going that much over the speed limit considered a felony? Especially in a school zone. I do have one question, where were the cops that normally sit around the school zones? There should have been one there somewhere.

I don't believe people should sue for every little thing, but this is one type of case where I believe people should. The person he hit and their family should sue and make that guy pay for everything, right out of his pocket. Any hospital costs, any funeral costs if the guy dies, a new vehicle. Now I don't think they should get millions of dollars because of this. But I do think that they should get what they deserve from it.

One dude in a Saleen Mustang was racing an Impala SS. So the important question is whether the blue oval was kickin' the bow tie's ***.

Here's a link to the story: http://www.nbc5i.com/news/2916107/detail.html

You know I wouldn't bother with jail time.

Give both of them the standard slew of tickets for being stupid.

Then hand them the bill for all property damage they caused, expenses that the police and fire department incurred while cleaning up after their mess.

Oh, and their insurance (or parents) will not be allowed to cover the bill, they must work at a minimum wage job to cover all costs.
