What to seal garage floor with?
The best I have here at work.....Done with the Rustoleum kit from Home Depot and not using the flakes. Its a 2 car - 24 x 24 and I used two kits. I did one half a time. 24hrs cure for light walking and 72hrs for vehicle traffic.
The Rustoleum had two different colors if I remember correctly. The kit came with these rubber flakes, that you throw over the floor just after you paint it. I thought the spread pattern looked great in the photos....but knew I could never duplicate it and I did they would just wear out.
Painting half at a time was no problem. After everything dried, you could not tell the difference.
After painting the floor, sweeping is effortless & wiping up oil spills without stains is priceless. One downside tho, when its wet it can be slippery.
No matter which paint you go with:
#1 Its NOT an epoxy unless you have to mix in a hardener
#2 PREP, PREP and PREP!

I think I will rent a floor polisher, and put one of those diamond wheels on it or something. I did that before I painted a warehouse floor a long time ago..worked great, we dropped stuff on it all day without it chipping or peeling....prep seems be the key to any of these methods.
