My new project...
Anyone else on here have an Odyssey or Pilot? Here's a couple of pics of my '84 that I am restoring. The first one is on the day that I bought it and the second one is during the restoration (almost complete).

When I was younger I went to a couple local races where they ran the odyssey class on the same track as the dirt bikes. Lets just say the track wasn't designed for the odysseys and they would roll over pretty easily. The corner marshals were kept pretty busy just trying to keep those things upright. Now on the other hand I can see those being a load of fun off-road (or on the right track).

Probably more fun than I can stand
250cc 2 stroke engine! I have found so much enjoyment in just rebuilding the thing, that I'm now looking for another one in need of repair. Maybe I've finally found my calling.
I've never ridden one, but I've heard that they are difficult to keep upright when taking corners too fast. When I first started looking for one, my plans were to use it to ride trails with my kids (they have motorcycles) and it should be well suited for that. It has a belt driven gear reduction transmission that should let it climb hills like nothing else.

Awesome, You tend to learn quick to keep the throttle on while turning so the front tires wont plant and you go end over end.
Either the Odyssey or 250 R ATC were alway's the first things the rest of the family wanted to ride.
Have fun with that sucker!
