I was at Beale from May 86 till May 91. I actually came home early from Desert Storm to PCS down to Castle. That was a big move for me, all of 167 miles. That area is a great place to live. I just wish the crime wasnt so bad. People here in North Dakota leave their cars running while that are in the mall, and it is still there when they come out. Great place to have a family!!!

same time I was there. Left in July of 91 to head for Europe. Beale is a great place to be if you want to get out and about. 5 or so natianla parks withing a days drive....
And an easy place to get rid of an old car, just go to Kmart and leave the keys in it

Retired .
Taught Industrial Arts and Technology in the public schools for 34 years. Got out while I still had a smile on my face. Teaching sure has changed in 34 years.
Now I'm trying to wittle down my wifes Honey Do list.
Think teaching would be easier.
