gear ratio

Hi long time no hear....
Just bought a f-250 4*4
it is going to ship next week from Canada..
It has "orginal ratio" and i am going for 38" tires
anybody know if i need to change the ratio... i would think i have to go to 4:30,, but a guy told me the new diesel could easyly go with it ......
are the stock tires bigger on a 250 than the 150??

grettings ..... see you all in Vegas in August

I don't know what year or engien you are getting, but typical gear ratios on SuperDuties are 3.73 and 4.10.
