Does your girlfriend/wife (or both:) have enough shoes?

I know my girlfriend had more than enough shoes to supply the Chinease army, so that is why I'm keeping her away from this E-Bay auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=45057

Anybody else have a significant other with a shoe addiction?

Yes, and I KNOW it's an addiction, because she denies having more than one or two pair, but she's invaded my closets. Last night I was trying to find a duffle bag under my bed... not there, but guess what was? That's correct two pair of her shoes... plus the ones in each closet, there's even a pair in my coat closet. And there always a couple pair by the door... and this is my house. I feel like I need to fumigate or something...

If anyone knows of a cure or support group... help?

I pray she doesn't see that auction...

... and what's with all the damn swimsuits???

How many swimsuits must a woman own?
Is it a contest? a race? WTF???

I've use the same 2 pairs of shorts for swimming ive had for years, the black pair and the red pair.
Women have enough swimwear to open a small shop.

All I know is that I don't mention "shoes" or "swimsuits" and she doesn't mention "cleaning supplies" or "truck accessories" and we've been happily married for 12 years now.

Arrrrrgggghhh, don't get me started.
My wife and 2 daughters all have the same size feet and it's not unknown for them to buy 3 pairs if identical shoes so they each have a pair.
I had to put extra cupboards in the house for the shoe collection.

I'll have to admit you make a good point. I leave the shoes be, and she stays out of the garage, except when she comes out to visit...

Dont knock shoes. I've got a "few" pair. BUT, I get mine at cost. So I can get two pair or Nike Shoxs that are valued at $145-$150 retail for $60-$70 a pair. Vasque hiking boots are the same way. Retail of $230, I pay little over $100. Same thing with Dr. Martins and other boots. Works good that way. I get twice the number of shoes for the same price! oh, and get to look at and buy all the new shoe's 6-9 months before they hit the shelves. It works out good like that.

I don't see a problem...

I probably have 100 pairs of shoes/boots/sneakers/sandals/dress shoes, etc.
