Orange Julius!

Found this a while back & decided to try it tonight!

MMMMMMMMMMMMM!

12 oz. can frozen concentrated orange juice
1 cup milk - low-fat okay
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 ice cubes

-Pour all ingredients, except ice cubes, in a blender.
-Blend, adding ice cubes one at a time, until smooth.

YUMYUMYUMYUMYUMYUMYUMYUM

we used to have a Orange Julius store in town back in the late 70's early 80's. it's been long gone.. this is almost like the real thing!

That's the recipe I have used for years and it's awesome. I might have to run out and get some items to make me some now. Also alot cheaper than paying for the real thing.

I just made it, it's alright. It was like, frothy on the top? Frothy-creamy like? After I blended all the ice cubes, I realized I forgot to add the sugar. Do you think my flavor got affected by that? Cool though, hehehee.

yup!

you can use any kind of juice concentrate for the drink! i made one with a 6oz can of lemonade & a 6oz can of limeade.

it was a lemon-lime julius! i didn't care for it, but my buddy josh liked it more than the orange one.

you could replace the cup of water with a cup of vodka.
