What happened? This website used to have alot of traffic, now it seems like nobody posts here anymore. Yesterday, there was only a half a page of posts in the general discussion section? Did a bunch of people get pissed off and leave?

 

Somebody called me a liberal and I left until I realized that nobody knew I was even gone so, I came back as a Republican and am much happier driving non-Republicans away.

Were doing a pretty good job, eh?

 

Everyone is around, but you know how it goes, it ebbs and flows and all that stuff.

Hopefully Joe will peirce a new body part and the traffic will pick right up.

And don;t forget, many of us are suffering from the wintertime blues, can't detail the truck, stuck indoors, not much doing.

I see. I was just wondering, because when I first joined, it was a happening place. Now, it seems awfully slow.

 

I've been around IRC and message boards for several years. People usually get burnt out or just loose interest. Lives change, priorities change, etc.

It'll pick back up again. This is too big of site, and too important a topic to just fade.

 

Good point. I just don't recall this site being so slow at all since I've joined.

 

You think it's slow know you should have seen it five years ago.

lmao @ Raoul. I think it's slow because of the server problems we had recently. Alot of people are still on dial-up. It'll pick up in here, don't worry.

 

we are the die hards that want to talk about general issues.

A lot of the old traffic is still here, but they all post in forums that still count posts.

The ones active here have taken a stand and said "screw the post count, I wanna talk"
