you can get helms and chiltons at your local auto store. If you want the ACTUAL ford service manual, your going to have to go to the dealer. THey use different books, I'm not sure if you can buy them, those books are HUGE. But for the average do-it-yourselfer, the helms/chiltons is fine.

You can try this guy, he has a Complete Shop Manual for my 94
for $45.00, it's on cd. He may have one for a 2000.
