Motor Trend Names 2004 Truck of the Year

Motor Trend magazine, the world's #1 automotive authority and part of the PRIMEDIA Consumer Automotive Group, today announced the selection of the Ford F-150 as the 2004 Truck of the Year. Each year Motor Trend evaluates all the new vehicles, and selects the pickup truck that most clearly raises the bar in the category, specifically in terms of significance, superiority and value.

I think Ford has done a good job with the new F-150. They deserve the praise. Congrats Ford!

Thumbs up

Well, it's nice, but they always pick the newest release from any given company. No doubt in my mind it deserves it! I still have yet to drive one. I will have to do that when I get to Florida early next month.,,,,98

I'm glad they made a good choice with the truck. They seemed like tree huggin hippies by voting the Toyo the car of the year.

I have had the 2004 for over 3 weeks now. Let me tell you, there is nothing tougher on the road! I have had f150's in the past and I have had chevy's, but nothing even comes close to this monster.
