This is an adaptation of Baseball that I created to pass time in class. Comments/Suggestions are welcome concerning the rules.
Official Cisco Ball Rules
Game Play
1. If teacher makes it around the room without stopping, this is considered a home run.
2. If teacher stops at a student’s workstation trying to catch a student disrupting the class and finds nothing, this is considered an out.
3. If teacher stops at a students workstation trying to catch a student disrupting the class but quickly returns to home this is considered a strike. This only applys if teacher doesn’t go past second base and returns to home from original direction.
4. If teacher steps from home but doesn’t go into rows (also know as bases), this is considered a ball.
5. If teacher steps from home and goes to one of the five foul areas then returns home, this is considered a foul.
6. Grand slam
a. If teacher catches a student disrupting class while making his rounds, this is considered a grand slam.
b. If teacher touches two or more electronic devices and throws something away, this is considered a grand slam. Home base electronics excluded.
c. A grand slam will count as four runs.
7. Pickle
a. If teacher volleys between students’ desks trying to find class disruptions, this is considered a pickle.
b. If teacher goes from a pickle to a certain student’s desk to search, this will result in an out or grand slam, pending findings.
8. Strike
a. The first ball will be counted as a strike.
b. After the first ball, a collection of five ***** will result in an out.
9. After three strikes, this will be considered an out.
10. After three outs, this will end an inning.
11. No game will last longer than 90 minutes. More than one game may be played during a day.
