"Except for the American woman..." Nah it's ok; doesn't bother me. At all. Really.

 

It just means that in the eyes of the American man the most important thing is the American woman. The most beautiful, the most graceful, most admirable, alluring, angelic, pleasing, exquisite, fair, fascinating, enticing, etc, etc... and then after that we like trucks.

 

OHHHH I thought it meant, except for women, only men could think trucks were great. Thanks for clearing that one up. Did anyone else read it the way I did?
