Do people really think this looks cool?
Ok, so I am sitting in my truck during my lunchbreak listening to the radio. After a few minutes I look across the parking lot, see something that almost made me laugh. There were these 4 kids all of which had to have been around 20 or younger. They were doing something to one of the guys Blazer, but it was what was parked next to them what was funny. One of the guys that I guess was helping fix the Blazer had come up in this older model 4 door long bed Chevy 3500 dually. What was funny was that this kid had air bags on this dually so when he had parked, he dropped the truck so that it was sitting on the frame. The bottom of the front air dam was bent up from where he had been dropping his truck like that. When he opened his door to get out, there was probably about an inch between the bottom of the door and the ground. When he left, he lifted it back up again and it only came up about 6 inches.
What is the FREAKING purpose of having a dually truck and then dropping to the ground like that. Just plain STUPID to me. There were little cars that were taller than this truck.
I wish I had my camera. One of the guys that was there got a camera and took pictures of the truck like it was something amazing or something.

Sometimes I like the dropped dually's and sometime's I dont.
It should be stated to the general public, our freightliner has airbag's and we can dump them, get that rear end lower.
I do know the air bag suspencions, if done properly will allow the truck to retain its proper payload capacity and prolly smooth out the truck when hauling stuff. (Not sure if many are done to this standard though) I kinda like the 4x4 dually look better than the stock 2x4 look. If it were for a race trailer, the air bag suspencion would be cool. Then you dump the truck and trailer air bag's and get everything nice and low to the ground. Oh, this has to be a new truck, not an old raddy one if you want it to look good.
Oh, and the air bag's make it nice for hooking up to the trailer, let the air do all the lifting.
Oh, and the MH has bags, so you can dump them and get it sitting low to the ground as well. Really makes it stable that way.
