Well joe, I am jealous of your engine, but I am jealous of an v8

I am also jealous of your motivation to actually post pictures, I was planning on doing it but I don't have a scanner, now if I do it, I will just look like a copy cat...

Well, probably why it didn't want to stick is, first, its not metal, and second, you did not scuff where u were to paint.

1. I didn't take the badges off. I just taped up really well
2. I scuffed the letter/numbers and then spraypainted them using very very very fine coats.
3. I used acetone and Q-tips to remove the excess black I didn't want.

But since you don't want to remove any paint, just spray them. I would highly reccomend removing excess paint like I did. I will post some pics of it all black, so you can actually see the difference.

Edit: I accidentally taped over it but trust me, you'll like it better how I did it.

I did scuff it I used fine sandpaper, I would reccomend medium sandpaper.
