I only wish that guy had worked for EDS when I worked there. The list of his victims would have been verrrrrry long (and deserving).-Mike-

Thanks, man
I needed that today.
We went live with our new software and hardware in the store this morning.
The new system was essentially stillborn. Someone forgot to read the specs on every one of our pcs carefully. 11 out of 12 were running the latest version of Windows 98 and the conversion to XP Pro Office or whatever should have been a breeze. The corporate IT types failed to notice our huge Dell server which is now 5 years old was running a very early version of Windows NT. No workee the networkee. Poor bastard they sent down to us left the server to last to go live instead of the other way around as he wanted us to stay up on the old system till the last minute. We got it up but it has been a long day.
I just got home and am fondly cuddling a glass of the good Scottish elixir.
Thanks RP
