France? No need to waste expensive nukes on them. Just do what the Germans have always done... just show up and say you're in charge. They bend right over everytime.

Really now... I'm getting pretty sick of the US bashing by all of these countries that get tremendous military and financial aid.

Look at the Russians... the figured out that if they keep their mouths shut and kiss a little butt, the money keeps flowing. Any public disagreement they had over Iraq was so other countries would take them seriously after their collapse (they still need to look like a superpower even if they are not)
