The EPA has set a maximum contaminant level (MCL) for THMs in drinking water at 0.10 milligrams per liter.

Talking

I'm waiting for the new series of "Queer Eye For The Straight Truck" starring RP and Burt.
Lot's of tips on upholstery care, Zaino vs Meguiars and general tips on how to make your truck pretty.
Could be a place for "Marine Boy" in his speedo's too.

Clue #1 The object is 95+% natural, but is man-made when finished.
Clue #2 While it can be found all over, a lot of it is produced in NC.
Clue #3 It can fly in the breeze, but can be a good resting place when used as cover.

I don't know the answer... does anyone else?
Is the answer cotton?
