This one is the SWEN worm.

THE SWEN WORM

If you get an email with something like this attached...

The bottom line here ... I don't care how authentic it looks ...

Microsoft does NOT send attachments!

Burt,

if I had Rockpick's money, I would be happy to send you a check every month, but since I'm a poor, poor starving Canadian, I will have to offer you a bag of tomatoes from my garden, LOL

If you send me some tomatoes from your garden, I will send you some Romeo Apples. Yes that is the same Romeo that has a Ford proving grounds, and where many of our Truck engines are from.

Funny you mention that...

When I was getting on my DC-9 30 (NWA Flight 874) out of Missoula, Montana on Friday there were about 8 Ammish folks in front of me in line to check in.... one of the guys checking in had this HUGE box that he was checking as a piece of luggage. I didn't really think much of it until the TSA rep asked him what was in the box....

He replied: Vegetables.

I got at least ten of them today.
You don't think it has something to do with Ford switching to Linux instead of good old Microsoft.

Ah, I refuse to patch my work PC.

Months ago we had a perfectly fine running Lotus Notes email system. In an attempt to save money my company decided to cancel our 'read only' lotus license (meaning as of now we can still send email via Lotus notes).

So they decided to switch over to Outlook and the Microsoft Exchange Server. Since then I've had to do 30+ critical updates and 50 + normal updates, the company has been hit with every major virus that came around since the conversion.

And to top it off, people cannot grasp the concept 'If you don't know what it is DON'T open it'

I'm starting to loathe microsoft. I know rank MAC above them, and Unix above all.
