Can you believe the ACLU got the worthless California supreme court to stop the election? Do these liberals have no ethical/moral values at all? What a waste of space. They claim the voting machines are racist. Aren't these the same machines that elected Davis? How obvious does this have to be that it is only a tactic by the left to keep Davis in. The Bush Admin and the US supreme court need to do something about this. I will be very disappointed in the Republicans if they do not fight this.

Those machines were good enough to elect the President of the United States, but not good enough to decide the Governor of the Republic of California!

Hey that looks like my license except I am 5-8 and cannot drink.

It is some BULL***** THOUGH!!!!!

According to the 9th Circuit U.S. Court, they basically ruled that Hispanics and Blacks are too stupid to use punch ballots.

ACLU believes the same. The court's ruling sited a study by a Liberal Think Tank that showed that Minorities were more likely not to understand a punch ballot.

“Wonder if they have a study that says minorities and old people can't read either.”

Whether a Democrat or a Republican Minority, you cannot see this and not be outraged and angered.

If they know that all the minorities and poor people are so freaking STUPID why don’t they put private tutors in place for each one?

We are just not spending enough money on our fine public school if the minorities and poor people are still this freaking stupid they can not figure out how to VOTE.

Now, before any minorities and/or poor people “try” to flame me about this let me make one thing clear. I do NOT think minorities and poor people are STUPID MORON’S that can’t figure out how to VOTE or live their life’s. It is those who represent you (liberals) that think you are too STUPID and basically a MORON and can not for the life of you figure out how to VOTE…

Perhaps the liberals are indeed making a good point. If the minorities and poor people continually vote to have liberals represent them, then perhaps they really are STUPID and a bunch of MORON’S
